  1. Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale.

  2. Refunds for Damaged Orders: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@movewithfreshgoods.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement for the damaged item.

  3. Lost or Stolen Orders: If your order is lost or stolen during transit, please get in touch with your local shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen orders.

  4. Production and Handling Time: Please allow sufficient time for production and handling before your order is shipped. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but some products may require additional care and time.

  5. Shipping: Shipping typically takes anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location. We currently only ship within the United States.
